Lowry’s Windsong Dojo is Oklahoma
City’s oldest and most respected training center for
the traditional Japanese Martial Arts. We teach mature adults the
technically pure martial arts of Kihara Aikido and Kodokan
Judo, taught in separate classes in a comfortable, no-contract
learning environment. Kihara Aikido, a no-stress, non-competitive
Aikido, and the low-stress, soft-touch Kodokan Judo technique
will give you:
• a dynamic, automatic
self-defense
• better health
• more self confidence
• a greater self respect
• a complete self image
• new life strategy
• special friends
• and greater harmony
in life.
In time, Aikido and Judo will lift you. You will see and
feel results. You are welcome.

Next Judo Playday at Windsong |
| The next judo playday will be held at Windsong on Saturday, August 2nd. We'll start around 1pm (after regular classes) and go until... well, until we stop, basically. All judoka, beginners and up, are welcome.

| New additions to Aikido curriculum |
Coming in June we will have a unique new technical addition to the aikido curriculum -- namely the inclusion of footsweeps to KiHara Aikido! This is an exciting new advancement to our self defense program and will take both our Aikido and Judo waza to a new level. Because of the expansion of our training, we will extend the structured class times by approximately 10 to 15 minutes. |
