The Dojo of Traditional Japanese Martial Arts, in Denton Texas, will host ROY GOLDBERG for a seminar on Daito-ryu Aiki-jujutsu
The Dojo is excited to welcome Roy Goldberg, 7d Dairi Kyoju, back to Texas for a seminar on Daito-ryu Aiki-jujutsu on September 8-10, 2023. Goldberg-sensei is one of the highest ranked practitioners outside of Japan and is the senior student of Kiyama Hayawo Shihan of the Kodokai. Goldberg-sensei heads the Kiyamakai, which transmits the Kodokai style of Daito-ryu, emphasizing soft, effective kuzushi, internal development and dynamic throws.
The seminar is open to martial artists of any style and rank. We will have two sessions a day Sat and Sun, plus a Friday night session that is restricted to Study Group members and guests. The cost is $50 Per Session (incl Fri). Advance rate until 8/30 is $175 for Sat-Sun (4 sessions), $25 for Fri.
